作品类型 包括不限于： 绘画、水墨画、水彩画、水粉画、油画、蜡笔画、素描、卡通画、版画、漫画、综合绘画等。 作品要求 绘画作品：规格A3（297mm*420mm） 或者 四开（389mm*546mm）。 注：入展画作不接受立体画材，不接受木框装裱，油画仅限帆布画，作品默认不退还。认证申请画作形式不限，电子版权默认同意组委会公益无偿调用。 知识产权 1、参与者所提交的作品必须由参与者本人创作或参与创作，并明确作品的著作权及版权，参赛者应确认其作品的原创性，主办方不承担因作品侵犯他人（或单位）权利而产生的法律责任，其法律责任由参赛者本人承担。 2、主办方对本次活动中评选的所有获奖作品拥有知识产权及版权，主办方享有对相应设计方案进行再设计、生产、展示、出版等权益。若作品在商业使用中其著作权存在争议，由提供作品的参与者承担法律责任。 3、主办方拥有对所有参与作品进行公益展示、报道、宣传的权利。 4、活动期间参与者不得将作品转让或许可给任何第三方，不得用参与作品参与其他与本赛事相同或类似的活动。
